Trolley Barn

The Trolley Barn was originally the service and housing facility for Atlanta’s first electric street railway line. Renovated to accommodate both festive and business events, The Trolley Barn has a spacious hall of 25 ft. ceilings with exposed beams, a mesquite wood floor for dancing and variable lighting. Also, a Victorian style Garden Bar will serve guests in the garden and patio area. The Trolley Barn accommodates 150 for a seated dinner or 250 guests standing.

Rhodes Hall

Built in 1904, Rhodes Hall has been an Atlanta landmark for generations. While it was originally the residence of Rhodes Furniture founder Amos Rhodes, today it is one of the most unique spots for Atlanta weddings and receptions. Located on Peachtree Street in Midtown Atlanta, this Romanesque Revival structure with its stained glass windows and winding mahogany staircase, can accommodate standing receptions for 175 and seated dinners for 90. Use of the covered porch will increase capacity. Not handicapped accessible.

Wimbish House

The Club is a beautifully renovated 106 year old building that is a national, state and city historical landmark. Built in 1895 as Atlanta's first woman's club, it has been beautifully cared for through many generations. The Club can serve 250 guests if the entire facility is used (all three floors which easily flow together). The 2000 square foot ballroom can serve 200 guests for buffet or approximately 120 guests for sit-down dinner or luncheon/meeting format. Third floor may also be rented to provide extra bar and food areas or break-out meeting rooms.

Callanwolde Fine Arts Center

The Tudor-Gothic architecture and elegant historical gardens provide an impressive setting for your next cultural tour, luncheon, meeting or reception. Located 15 minutes from downtown Atlanta, this home of Charles Howard Candler, son of the founder of the Coca-Cola Company holds up to 350 guests for stand-up receptions and 150 for seated events.

Rialto Center

Located in the heart of Atlanta’s historic Fairlie Poplar district, the Rialto Center houses a state-of-the-art theater with guest capacity of up to 900. The 9,000 sq. foot Lobby can accommodate 250 guests seated and 650 standing. The Black Box Studio can accommodate 35 guests seated and 75 standing. The Rialto Center’s exquisite spaces invite diverse programming and unique event possibilities.

The Fox Theater

Step back in time to the opulent splendor of the Egyptian Pharaohs or into the mystique of a Middle Eastern Palace. The Egyptian Ballroom and Grand Salon are lavishly decorated with sweeping columns and ornamentation creating the perfect setting for wedding and receptions, corporate events and association functions. The Fox Theatre sets the stage with elegance and fantasy for a pre-show reception of 30 guests to a dinner or post-show dessert for 1200 guests.

Georgia Tech Alumni House

Built in the early 1900’s, GA Tech Alumni House began as a YMCA facility and quickly became the center of social activity on campus. Now the building houses only the Alumni Association. Continuing the tradition of social activity the Alumni House offers 3,500 square feet of event space including a ballroom, lobby, an additional conference room and library. The space is enjoyed by hundreds of alumni, family and friends.

Mary Gay House

Your special event will be held in one of the oldest houses in the Atlanta area. Built around 1820, and placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975, the Mary Gay House in Decatur is one of the few antebellum homes in metropolitan Atlanta that escaped Sherman’s torch. The home can accommodate 80 guests for a seated dinner, and up to 200 standing. There is also an area outside which may be used.

The Biltmore Hotel

Built in 1924, The Biltmore Hotel was the focal point of Atlanta's business and social life for almost sixty years. Once publicized as "The South's Supreme Hotel", The Biltmore closed its doors in 1982, following changes in ownership and years of steady decline. After sixteen years of neglect and abandonment, The Biltmore underwent a total renovation in 1999, transforming the former hotel into a combination of Class A office space, retail and special event space. With the renovation of The Georgian and Imperial Ballrooms, and now listed on The National Register of Historic Places, The Biltmore quickly recaptured its standing as one of the social and business epicenters of Atlanta. Featuring original handcrafted plaster relief ceilings, restored crystal chandeliers, Palladian windows and Tennessee marble floors, the special event space can accommodate groups from 50 to 1500 guests.

Magnolia Hall is one of Atlanta’s premier events facilities. This 3,200 square foot building is elegantly lit with Mission-style lantern chandeliers. The exposed rafters and oak paneling coupled with the beautifully executed marbleized floors create a warm and unforgettable ambiance. Built in 1945, this building was originally a blacksmith’s forge and its original fireplace is still in place adding to the charming atmosphere. Magnolia Hall is equipped with a catering kitchen and audio-visual equipment to support the diverse needs of our clients. The Hall has four sets of glass doors leading out to 3,000 square feet of beautifully landscaped stone courtyard. As an option, the Magnolia Hall lawn can be rented with the Hall to give your event another dimension. The courtyard and lawn are ideal for ceremonies, tenting, and outdoor seating.
